Questions (1 paragraph each unless otherwise noted)
1. What is your understanding of the defining features of a Touchstones Discussion?
2. Summarize the two texts from Unit 1.
3. How do King and Aquinas define a "just" law?
4. How might your own understanding of "theory" and academic argument effect your participation in the group discussion? Please refer to the assigned reading and give page numbers for reference.
5. Consider the reading on "Authority"--how might you bring elements of the article into the discussion?
6. Write an opening question.
